• The offer is valid for money transfers via Hanpass from South Korea to Neo Money Transfer in Nepal.
• All cash pickup, bank deposit, and mobile wallet transactions created during the offer dates will be automatically eligible for the lucky draws.
• Only paid and completed transfers will qualify for the lucky draws.
• Winners will be selected transparently via a lucky draw.
• The Lucky Draw is conducted based on the Transaction Number. Each eligible transaction will count as one entry and will be identified by its transaction number. Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw from the pool of eligible transactions.
• The winner(s) will be informed of their respective prize via email and/or call.
• If the winner is not reachable within seven (07) days of the draw, there will be a redraw, and the winner will be nominated accordingly.
• The prizes and winnings are subject to tax implications as per local laws. Specifically,

winners in Nepal are subject to a mandatory 25% windfall gain tax under Section 88A of the Income Tax Act, which must be settled prior to claiming physical prizes.
