Connecting Nepal to the world

Built for trust, not just transfers.

Built on trust. Driven by purpose.

Neo Money Transfer was built with one belief — that sending money home should never be complicated, costly, or uncertain. Every product we have built, every partner we have signed, every province we have reached has been in service of that single idea.

Today, Neo operates across every province of Nepal, through an expanding network of payout locations, banking partners, and global corridors. Infrastructure built not for scale, but for families that depend on it.

We didn't build Neo to compete. We built it because Nepali families deserved something better, and we are proudly delivering it.

How the network is put together

Neo sits between two networks. On the sending side, 55+ partners — MoneyGram, Taptap Send, ACE Money Transfer, Al Nada Exchange, TransferRapid and others — collect money abroad. On the receiving side, Nepal's banks, cooperatives, microfinance institutions, wallet providers and a 35,000-strong payout network pay it out.

Everything in between is Neo: screening, currency conversion, clearing, and the record that lets a transfer be traced or recalled.

Licensed and regulated

Neo Money Transfer is licensed and regulated by Nepal Rastra Bank, and operates under its directives on foreign exchange, anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations. Every transfer is screened in both directions, and records are retained in line with regulatory requirements.
