Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer and client support while ensuring the timely execution of transactions, both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our remittance services with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Client Support: Provide support to both local and international clients, assisting with account inquiries, transaction processing, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.

Transaction Execution: Work diligently to ensure the timely execution of remittance transactions, adhering to established procedures and regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth and efficient fund transfers.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the operations department, contributing ideas and suggestions to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in a customer service or operations support role, preferably within the financial services industry.Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing remittance services is advantageous.
