Job Description:

As a Corporate Executive at Neo Money Transfer, you will play a key role in supporting the business development team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the business development team in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential growth areas.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business cases to pitch to potential clients and partners.

- Assist with contract negotiations, deal structuring, and closing of business agreements.

- Provide support to the marketing team in developing promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience in marketing or related functions would be advantageous but not required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
